This was only our second time buying a house, so we really needed to lean on Grace for her expertise and she came through in a really big way. She was extremely knowledgeable and very willing to slow down and explain parts of the process to us when we were feeling overwhelmed. We fell in love with a home and then she made it her mission to make it happen for us. Her attention to detail throughout the process was really what made everything go so smoothly. Grace Rogers was unbelievably exceptional throughout our entire process. She walked with us every step of the way. We have bought and sold 4 houses since 2015 and this was the best experience out of all of them. Both the buying and selling of our homes were stress-free and smooth. She was early to every single appointment. She was calm during every interaction. She was involved in the inspection of the home we purchased in a way that I have never experienced. She reminded us on many occasions that it was her job to handle the stressful parts and for us to try and enjoy ourselves. She fought for us. She was professional and nothing was rushed. She was methodical and meticulous about every minute detail. We are blessed to have her services as our real estate agent. We are 'forever' grateful to her for her role in the purchase of our forever home. Without her it would not have been possible. We sold our house during a pandemic...what else is there to say? Fantastic and professional service from Grace. She helped us every step of the way under contract within 30 days relocation coordinated repairs due to a hail storm and a myriad of other details. Strongly recommended.
